JC STEM Lab
With the Trust's donations of HK$500 million, the JC STEM Lab Initiative was set up in 2021 to support the laboratory set-up for the awarded scholars under the Government-initiated Global STEM Professorship Scheme, so as to nurture STEM talent in Hong Kong and promote the translation of new science and technology into social impact.

The funded JC STEM Labs focus on a wide range of research areas, including life science and medicine, engineering and computer science, and physical sciences. The initiative provides local STEM talents with the opportunity to collaborate with top-notch STEM researchers and work on scientific research and technology transfer together.
